Proficiency Scale · L1–L5

A fixed reference model shared by Skills, Roles, People, Career Explorer and Team Readiness.

The five levels are ordinal, not percentages. General descriptions cannot be edited in Open, Trial or PoC. Skill-specific observable criteria may be defined within Skill Definitions; recorded People levels remain unverified.

Awareness

Level 1 of 5 · Standard

Recognizes the core concepts and terminology.

Basic

Level 2 of 5 · Standard

Performs routine activities with guidance.

Proficient

Level 3 of 5 · Standard

Works independently in common situations.

Advanced

Level 4 of 5 · Standard

Handles complex cases and supports others.
